¶ Introducing the Builder Guild
Builder guild works to construct beautiful structures. Builders can market their skills to the larger community and work out building deals with other players. They are an integral part of the Vestria community and can take commissions to build structures for other players for their rankup requirements! Builders have access to the Armor Stand Editor plugin that allows them to broaden their building horizons. As builders progress, they gain access to custom images, light blocks, and much more!

You can choose any of these Jobs to be your first, second, and third Job, as well as change your mind between different ranks. You won't lose any Jobs experience or progress for switching between Jobs. At the time of your rank up, you just need to meet each of the Jobs level requirements for your guild and the specific rank you are trying to achieve.

¶ Exclusive Features
Builders are the only guild that can receive perks such as big doors and custom tree vouchers! Builder Guild is also one of a select few to gain light blocks, elevators, flight feathers, custom blocks, furniture, and more!
While Builders do get access to these features, they don't unlock all features immediately.

¶ Specializations
This Guild has 2 different tracks that can be unlocked after reaching Journeyman Rank. Specializing unlocks greater rewards. Once players reach the Journeyman rank, they can choose to join another guild and specialize in their current one.
You will retain any ranks you have unlocked--even if you leave a guild. If you choose to leave a guild, you won't be able to use the rewards associated until you rejoin the guild.
¶ Architect
The Architect Specialization is geared towards the creation of momentous structures. This specialization requires the creation of large building exteriors, while focusing less on interior detail! If you want to make the next colosseum, magnificent cathedral, or Pantheon, this is the guild for you! This specialization gains access to custom blocks!
¶ Artisan
The Artisan Specialization is geared towards the creation of small structures. This specialization requires creating intricate beautiful interiors, while focusing less on creating giant structures. If you love making things like cute fortresses, quaint fishing huts, or cozy cottages, this is the guild for you! This specialization gains access to light blocks, elevators, furniture, and more!

¶ Ranking Up
When you are ready to rank up, simply click on the requirement you would like to turn in in your /ranks GUI! This will automatically check your rank-up requirements or submit a ticket for a staff member to complete. Each rank has 3 submission pieces: your rank cost, Jobs, and mcMMO levels; your builds; and any other requirements.
All rankups are now handled through the Guilds plugin! Simply click the rank you wish to progress in to display the rankup menu. From there, you will have the option to submit the pieces of your rankup individually. This will automatically submit a ticket to staff and you no longer need to manually submit your tickets for rankups
From there, staff members will check your rankup requirements and either approve or deny your requirement. If you are approved, you will see this change reflected in your /ranks GUI menu for the rank you are attempting to progress in.
Once you have had all of the individual pieces of your rankup checked, you can rank yourself up and send a broadcast!
¶ Unlocking Ranks
When you achieve a rank, you will be unlocking that level. Players will retain all ranks that they have unlocked--even if they leave a guild. This means that you will retain any ranks you have unlocked--even if you leave a guild. If you choose to leave a guild, you won't be able to use the rewards associated until you rejoin the guild.
¶ Builder Requirements and Rewards
¶ Notice
Builders must create their own structures and cannot purchase them from other players. You may work with 1 other person to construct a level 3 structure and with up to 2 people on level 4 & 5 structures, but all work must be split equally. You cannot work with others for level 1 and level 2 structures. You may only do this for Builder Guild rank up structures.
¶ Structure Examples
Guild and Free structures cannot be reused or expanded upon for multiple rank ups. You must build a unique structure for every rank up.
Example: You cannot build a stable for a guild structure at Craftsman and then expand upon it to fulfill a free structure requirement at Grandmaster.
You may repeat a build type one time for your general structure requirements.
Example: You can build a house as your free structure requirement at Apprentice and a new house as your general structure requirement at Grandmaster.
Personal structures of the same type can be an extension of a previous structure used for a rank up.
Example: You can extend a level 1 house built for Apprentice to a level 3 mansion for Magistrar.
